What should I prepare for the call?
A list of the software you use (CRM, scheduling, accounting, email, spreadsheets) and the two or three tasks that take your team the most time each week. Screenshots help but aren't needed.
Who runs the audit?
Founder Nick McCandless, not a sales team. Eltherion is a Miami software company whose team has shipped 500+ products, and it works with businesses worldwide over video call.
Will you just recommend custom software?
No. If an off-the-shelf tool or an automation you can set up yourself does the job, the plan says so. Custom work only makes sense where the time saved clearly outweighs the cost.
