Deplatforming, policy changes, and payout freezes are ordinary risks in this industry. The architecture assumes they will happen and keeps the member list, billing, and archive somewhere they can't take them.
Fair questions, straight answers
No. Most creators keep a platform where their audience already gathers and move the parts that matter most — membership billing, the member list, archives, and paid content — onto something they own. We'll tell you honestly which pieces are worth moving first and which are fine where they are.
Your members, your billing account, your data, and your code. The member list exports on demand without anyone's permission, payments run through an account in your name, and the community's history lives somewhere a third party can't switch off. Payment processing still carries its processor's fees — the difference is the account and the terms are yours.
That's much of the reason to build this. Because the member list, billing, and content archive sit in your own infrastructure, a suspension elsewhere costs you a distribution channel rather than your business. We design the migration path deliberately rather than hoping it never happens.
Usually, at least in part. What's portable depends on what your current platform allows you to export — some allow a full member and billing export, others allow very little. We check exactly what's available for your stack during the review and tell you what can and can't come across before anything is committed.
