What we collect
- When you send an inquiry through a form on this site: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add, such as your company, project type, budget range and message.
- When you use "Email me this estimate" on a calculator: your email address, your name and company if you add them, and the calculator inputs and results.
- With either of those, the page you sent it from and how you first arrived in that browser session (the first page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link). This is kept in your browser's session storage until you send a form.
- Usage data from analytics, described below.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To send you the calculator estimate you asked for, and to reply to you about it.
- To understand which pages and articles bring inquiries, so we can improve the site.
- We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell your information.
Services that process it
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends the estimate emails you request.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few events without cookies.
- Google Analytics 4 records page views and events such as a form being sent, and uses cookies to do so. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an extension.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@eltherion.com.
- Every form on the site is optional. You can also email us directly instead of using one.
